Conceptualized and designed a new experience where Dance members would use their iOS or Android Dance app to easily and swiftly pick-up and drop-off their Dance vehicle. This ultimately increased operational efficiency by 116.23%, while also meeting our customers needs of convenience.

Conceptualized and designed a new marketing website and e-commerce checkout flow so users could understand Dance’s value proposition better and checkout as seamlessly as possible. From Dance’s perspective, they wanted to increase awareness of their offering and increase conversion rate. My designs increased awareness by 18% and conversion rate by 23%.

Built a design system from scratch used for the member app and internal tooling with 1 other designer in crime. This not only elevated our premium brand in the member app, but also significantly sped up the delivery and development process.

Made significant improvements to over 2.2 million new users 1st time experience using HelloFresh ultimately resulting in increasing recurring customer count from 1.45 million to 7 million.
